List of channels that we will use to send out the Call For Papers and who will post (exactly once)?
There is a chance that fosdem members will forward it local. We might need
to coordinate this explicitely to get to exactly 1 mailing (not zero and not spam) on those list there. Possible solution:
e.g. in the fosdem mail:
“If you are a member of a local Ruby or Rails user group outside of Belgium, we would appreciate it if you could forward this message to that user group if that was not already done. Please avoid spamming the lists.”
